Though I was daydreaming I was off to peruse the fresh veggies, fromage, and baked goods at one of the local farmers markets (while carrying a handwoven sweet grass basket)... Maybe next weekend. Today, I was watering plants, cleaning, cooking, doing laundry, and having this mini photo session with myself. Albeit my photos are a bit gritty and grainy, such is life.
My wardrobe simplicity - I like to find airy, natural fiber pieces of clothing to move with me in my day. Today was cool, damp and cloudy. My choice for today was a boxy, oatmeal, all cotton woven top, and a pair of all cotton jeans (no stretch at all here! It feels so great! Really, I'm so tired of jeans that are all about the stretch.). Both pieces are second hand, from thrift shops.
My Hand-fabricated Jewelry - I'm wearing an Abyss Style pendant, with a mossy brown leather as the backdrop for two pieces of druzy, and a piece of granite (hounded by me, and lovingly carried home by my fiance, because I did not have any pockets that day). I chose to wear this Pendant on The Twisted Collar (this style of collar has become my daily choice). For the glints of shine, and the interesting pattern is has in the metal, I really love it! As well, not to be missed... my solid silver bracelet, it's adjustable! Perfect for my smaller wrist. My wrist is about 6" around at the wrist bone, and gets smaller just above the bone. I like this bracelet because it can fit a wrist as small (and smaller) than mine, and it can fit a wrist much larger as well, one size to fit many sizes, it's a beautiful thing!
I hope you have a most beautiful day, and enjoy what comes your way!
