Shipping –

USA - orders are shipped via UPS.

Please allow up to 5 days for your order to be shipped.

At this time I can only give an estimated delivery date, without guarantee. Shipping is delayed in almost all situations.

Thank you for your understanding and patience as I try to provide the best option and service I can to my customers.

You will receive an order confirmation number upon submission of your order and a confirmation email when your order has shipped, along with a UPS tracking number.

You can use your tracking numbers in any contact you may need to make with Drifting Winds Studio in regards to your order.

Outside of USA - Please Email me if you need an item shipped outside of the USA. I am happy to accommodate this need the best that I can. I have yet to ship outside of the country, but I can look into it when the need arises.

Argentium® Silver -

Argentium® silver is made with 100% recycled silver, manufactured in the USA, and it is purer than traditional sterling silver, with it's content being 93.5% silver. It is brighter and more lustrous than traditional sterling silver. To keep your piece looking bright and clean I recommend giving your silver a quick polish after wearing, to remove any oils, chemicals or pollutants that may have been picked up as you were wearing your piece throughout the day.

As well, storing your piece of jewelry in a zip bag after wearing is always the best practice, as the oxygen and pollutants in the air (over time) will cause your silver to tarnish/oxidize.


Returns & exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please get in contact with me via email, or phone.

I like to let everyone know that It's just me (Lacy), running 100% of my business, so everything will be sent out and processed in a very timely manner.

I have a 7-day exchange/return policy
This means that you would need to contact me within 7 days of receiving your purchase, for me to be able to process an exchange or return for you. The actual exchange or return will likely take longer than 7 days, with shipping and processing. If I do not happen to have the item you have requested as your exchange, I will let you know at the time that you get in contact, as this will most likely delay the exchange, however, I always like to ship items ASAP.

To Process your Exchange -

  1. I have a 7-day exchange policy
    This means that you would need to contact me within 7 days of receiving your purchase, for me to be able to process an exchange or return for you. The actual exchange or return will likely take longer than 7 days, with shipping and processing.

  2. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. I will ask you to proceed as such -

  3. I will require that you ship the item(s) that you are exchanging back to me before I am able to ship your new item(s) to you.

  4. Whichever item(s) you would like to exchange your current item(s) for, please state this in your correspondence when contacting me for an Exchange.

  5. I will then get your new item(s) shipped out to you ASAP, however, in the event I do not have said item(s) on hand, and have to make them, this may delay your exchange by a few days. I will notify you of this in our correspondence of your exchange.

To Process Your Return -

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please get in contact with me via email or phone.

  1. I have a 7-day return policy
    This means that you would need to contact me within 7 days of receiving your purchase, for me to be able to process a return for you. The actual return will likely take longer than 7 days, with shipping and processing your credit back to your card (this can also depend on your credit card company).

  2. I will ask your reason for return, as well that you send the item back to me.

  3. Once I receive the returned item(s), I will refund your credit card use for your purchase for the full amount discussed.

In the event of an item breaking in shipment to you -

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order, ASAP is preferred.

I will then ask if you can send me a picture or two. This is so I can assess the damage and see what course to take.

I am always happy to replace a piece or refund your total dollar amount if an item should break in shipment due to workmanship, packaging, or shipment.

I will ask that you send the item back.

If the item was damaged in shipment to you, I will cover all shipping costs in the form of a refund to you on the credit card you used to make your purchase.

There will be no charge for a replacement piece.

I will then get your new item(s) shipped out to you ASAP, however, in the event I do not have said item(s) on hand, and have to make them, this may delay your replacement by a few days. I will notify you of this in our correspondence of your replacement.

Drifting Winds Studio will keep your information private; we will never sell or give away your personal information. When you provide your information for an online order it is used solely for completion of that order, including shipping, payment, and any contact we may need to have with you to complete your order.

Payment processing -

Stripe is currently used to process all orders from Driftingwindsstudio.com.

In general, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us to complete your order or send you emails regarding your purchase.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their public posting on the Drifting Winds Studio website.
